1. Processing Times
All orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.
2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates
Because we work with global suppliers to bring you the best products directly from the source, our shipping times are a bit longer than local delivery services.

- Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 21 business days (depending on your country and local customs processing)
Please note: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at slightly different times, as our suppliers operate from different fulfillment hubs.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your package leaves the warehouse, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- Tracking links typically take 3 to 7 business days to update and show active tracking information in the system.
- If your tracking number doesn't work right away, please do not worry; it is securely in transit and will update once it scans into the next sorting facility.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We do our best to ensure a smooth delivery process, but SHOW GADGETS STORE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
5. Delayed or Lost Packages
We are here to help! If your order has not arrived within 30 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team at info@showgadgets.store with your name and order number. We will immediately investigate the shipment or arrange a replacement for you.
